The Senior Client Advisor will have responsibilities and tasks that include but are not limited to the following:
  • Work closely with senior wealth advisors to coordinate all necessary resources to provide clients with wealth and investment service, including collaboration with clients’ teams of advisors (i.e., accountants, lawyers, etc.).
  • Assist with daily client requests (including moderate family office services), coordinate the movement of assets and distributions, help implement investments as directed, assist in the preparation and delivery of reports and address any compliance issues.
  • Perform the day-to-day administration of trust accounts and any estate administration, including principal and income accounting, completion of Reg 9 reviews, etc.
  • Coordinate preparation for client meetings, and complete follow-up, etc., working directly with client relationship teams to support clients on an ongoing basis
  • Work with Operations and Reporting teams to ensure proper execution of daily tasks, cash management, disbursements, proper account funding, subscriptions and redemptions etc.
  • Oversee new client on-boarding process to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the Chilton Trust investment advisory platform.
  • Prepare Investment Policy Statements and regularly monitor compliance with proposed asset allocation.
  • Assist with daily account administration – review of client statements, obtaining third-party manager performance and holdings reports, addressing accounting issues, managing client files, etc.
  • Work closely with our analysts to ensure our preferred custodians are managing day to day client transactions and executing client service tasks.
  • Input data into various systems (ex. CRM) and interface with clients to obtain information as needed.
  • Process annual account reviews and various audit requests
  • Help maintain marketing materials and preparation of prospective client presentations, including requests for proposals
  • Utilize Contact Relationship Management database for marketing and client communication.
  • Provide support as needed on various ad-hoc tasks, such as firm sponsored events for clients, prospects and partners of the firm, and assist other departments as needed and assigned.
Promote the mission of Chilton Trust by fostering cooperative, collegial relations in all activities.
Candidate Description:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of work experience in a wealth management firm or family office services setting.
  • Accreditation such as CFP or CTFA a plus.
  • Experience with financial services operations and transaction processing.
  • Experience administering investment accounts with third-party custodian banks.
  • Experience executing investment transactions in client portfolios including public securities, hedge funds, private equity and real estate.
  • An understanding of financial transactions and an operational understanding of financial planning, estate and transfer tax issues and income tax issues.
  • Experience or proven interest in trust administration
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attention to urgency and detail, and deadline oriented.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work successfully both independently and in a team environment.
  • Energetic, dynamic, highly motivated, ethical & mature, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.

    We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package that is based on, among other things, your overall performance and contributions to the firm.  The salary range for this job is $125-150k. Base salaries are determined based on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education and other qualifying factors like additional accreditations. Base salary does not include others forms of compensation and benefits including medical and dental coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan (and company match on contributions made) and accrued paid time (which may vary based on role and tenure). We are currently operating in a hybrid work environment (generally working 4 days in the office depending on the role), which allows for flexibility for all employees.
